Our guide was Adrian. He is a meticulous, personable and friendly guide. He really has the heart to understand what types of places you would enjoy, and makes great suggestions. Ensures that you're getting your value for money and not being charged too much for things you can pay less for.

Very genuine person and he actually made our trip even more fun and interesting. Very patient guide as well.

It was an amazing journey, Mr. Ismed made our day enjoyable. He arrived at the resort 20min before the scheduled time. The trip covers the tickets to blue lake, sand dune and the photos. The photographer at the blue lake airdrop us the photo for free. As the whole trip in blue lake took us only 1.5hours, Mr. Ismed also took us to visit Mangrove and had a great lunch at a seafood restaurant. Highly recommended! We were in Bintan to celebrate our 28th Wedding anniversary. Mr Dino was our tour guide. He took care of us well, patiently showed around the places and also became our personal photographer :). I had a great experience on the day tour with Mr Indal. I contacted him at very last minute but he was very responsive and flexible to accommodate my preference and requests. He punctually picked us up at the ferry terminal and proposed alternatives while having rain before going to blue lake and Mangrove tour. We had a comfortable trip despite having two young kids, as he offered a customized private tour at affordable price. Highly recommended.
